EAT PIC — OFFICIAL RULES

1. Sponsor

The giveaway (“Contest”) is organized and administered by Eat Pic, 1360 S Figueroa Street, Los Angeles, CA 90015, USA (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The Contest is open to natural persons worldwide, except where prohibited by law. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have a parent or legal guardian's permission to participate.

3. Entry Period

The Contest begins on 04 July 2025 and ends when the Sponsor has received a total of 30,000 qualifying photos (“Photo Goal”) or at 11:59 PM PT on 31 December 2025, whichever occurs first. Sponsor may extend or shorten the period with notice on the website.

4. How to Enter

Unlimited entries. Each qualifying photo equals one (1) entry.

• Take a new photo that meets the "Photo Requirements" below.
• Upload it in either of two ways:
  • On the website, generate an iCloud Link and paste it in the upload form. We access only the files contained in that link—nothing else in your iCloud Library.
  • Send the photo directly to the @eat-pic Telegram bot.
• Repeat for additional photos; each unique, qualifying photo = one entry.
• Duplicate, blurry, or disallowed images are disqualified at Sponsor's sole discretion.

5. Photo Requirements

• One dish per frame; homemade food only, fully intact (not partially eaten).
• Photo must be taken inside the United States. GPS data may be used to verify.
• Shot on iPhone 12 or newer (or device of equal / higher quality).
• No restaurant interiors, menus, brand logos, faces, text, watermarks, screenshots, collages, filters, or edits.
• EXIF metadata must remain intact.

6. Prizes

• Grand Prize (1) – MacBook Air (Approx. Retail Value "ARV" US $1,099).
• Second Prize (1) – iPad (ARV US $449).
• Third Prize (1) – AirPods Max (ARV US $549).
• Gift Cards (100 winners) – choice of Amazon or Sephora gift card (US $25 each; total ARV US $2,500).

Total ARV of all prizes: US $4,597. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

7. Winner Selection and Odds

Within seven (7) days after the Photo Goal (or contest end date), Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on the total number of valid photos received. Sponsor may request additional information to confirm compliance.

8. Winner Notification

Potential winners will be contacted via the email or Telegram handle provided with their entry. If a potential winner does not respond within five (5) days, another entrant may be selected. Prizes will be delivered within 30 days after confirmation.

9. Rights Granted

By entering, you grant Sponsor a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and adapt the submitted photos for Contest administration, winner announcement, and future Eat Pic promotional materials. You retain all other rights.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility, to disqualify any entry that violates these Rules, and to cancel, modify, or suspend the Contest if events beyond its control impair its integrity.

By participating, you release Sponsor, Apple Inc., Amazon, Sephora, Telegram Messenger Inc., Google LLC, and their affiliates from any liability arising from the Contest or any prize.

Apple, Amazon, and Sephora are not sponsors or participants in this promotion.

11. Privacy

Information collected is subject to the Eat Pic Privacy Policy (see link in site footer).

12. Disputes

This Contest is governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County.
